What do we mean by Fair Trade coffee?
We believe that everyone involved in the coffee chain, from the grower to the consumer, deserve to be dealt with fairly as partners. With this in mind we have bought some of the finest coffees from some of the world's best grower cooperatives. All of our partner growers receive a fair price for their coffee, at this point 3 to 4 times more than the standard world coffee market price. All of the cooperatives we work with are democratically organized and use a portion of their proceeds to build community infrastructure such as schools and clinics. The money we save by bypassing middle-men allows us to offer our coffee to you at a competitive price while at the same time paying markedly higher prices to our grower-partners.

We ask you to join with us, with our producers, and with their communities. When we consume we make decisions that affect the lives of others, even if these connections are hard to see in our own daily lives. Fair Trade is defined by 5 basic rules:
- Pay a just price to farmers with a guaranteed minimum of $1.26 per pound.
- Work with democratically organized cooperatives organized and owned by farmers.
- Buy directly from farmers so that as much money as possible is returned to growers' communities.
- Provide affordable credit to help farmers escape their cycle of debt.
- Encourage sustainable growing practices that protect community health and create a sound environment.

- Ethiopian - Sweet and fruity overtones fill out this bright, well-rounded coffee
- Sumatra - Very earthy and rich, the best way to describe this coffee might be almost like drinking flowers
- Columbia - An excellently balanced coffee, mellow with a rich full body and a hint of caramel
- East Timor - A simple thin bodied coffee with a clean slightly sweet aftertaste, perfect after dinner with dessert
- Revolution Roast - A dark roast of coffee from the Union Santa Anita grower in Guatemala
- Nicaragua - Mellow flavor with a chocolaty richness
- Maya Superdark - Dark and pungent with a note of sweetness on the end
- Arriba Breakfast Blend - This blend combines the best of both worlds; the dark smooth revolution roast (Guatemalan) and the bright caffeine charged Ethiopian. Wake up in all the right ways.
- Electric Monkey Espresso - A rich dark espresso for quite a kick
- Half Caff - A very rich and tasty blend. All the flavor of great roasted coffee with less kick, for the caffeine conscious consumer.
- Mexican Decaf - Dark roasted organic roast. Decaffeinated by the water process.
